The Head Kore 97W is a versatile, lightweight women's All-Mountain Freeride ski that floats well on powder days but can still hold an edge on-piste. Whether you are looking to put alpine or backcountry bindings on this ski, it really can do it all! The Head Kore 97W is jam-packed with tech all in the name of a lighter ski that doesn't sacrifice its power or durability.
The ski's core is created with Ultralight Karuba wood, laminated with Graphene, then Koroyd-a honeycomb-like material- is thermally welded, and topped with polyester fleece to increase response, and torsional stiffness. Lightweight Graphene is fused into the tip and tail of the ski to form a featherlight swing weight and the Kore 97W features a brand new, more durable top sheet.
The performance and lightweight materials of this ski make it a perfect choice for an alpine touring ski or a light, stable alpine ski! In short, it's fast, it's strong, and it's light!
