The Head Kore 87 is a versatile, lightweight All-Mountain ski that holds an edge on-piste but can still float well on powder days. The Kore 87 is perfectly suited for someone who wants to ride all over the mountain, no matter the conditions. The mix of quickness and stoutness is what makes the Kore series so successful.
This ski likes to make medium-wide turns and will edge well on the groomers and float on the fresh stuff. The Kore 87 will also handle the crud with ease so long as the skier stays more aggressive in their skiing style and enjoys going fast. This ski doesn't want to be lazy.
The Head Kore 87 is jam-packed with tech all in the name of a lighter ski that doesn't sacrifice its power or durability. The ski's core is created with Ultralight Karuba wood, laminated with Graphene, then honeycomb-like material called Koroyd is thermally welded, and topped with polyester fleece to increase response, and torsional stiffness.
