The rocker profile is dialed back a bit from its wide-mouthed siblings in the Wailer series, offering a longer effective length and more stability at high speeds. Its unparalleled edge-to-edge quickness also shines off-piste, though, in tight spaces like trees and bumps that favor a nimble ski. Every quiver needs a frontside slayer, and you won't find many better than the Cassiar F82. The Foundation series is DPS's reinvention of the traditional wood core ski, focused on premium materials and precision engineering. A bamboo and poplar backbone is reinforced with carbon to deliver a damp and powerful ride.

Under the hood, Chassis DNA shared by all Foundation models carefully blends flex and sidecut from tip to tail for a consistent feel and smooth, effortless turns. Foundation core bi-phase bamboo and poplar wood provides a blend of power and dampness on the snow. Early rise rocker tip profile with traditional camber underfoot for a solid edge on hardpack and a floaty feel over powder.
