Sticking to the classic with a full sidewall construction and tip to tail wood core the MX 88 has the DNA of a powerful and snappy carving ski. Then Kastle adds in two sheets of titanium alloy to the MX 88 increasing the edge hold to an unflinching level, speeding up the response to feel instantaneous, and providing damping that leaves the MX 88 more smooth that silk. To ensure that all this power and precision hooks up the MX 88 is given a fast grip shovel by extending the sidecut past the forward contact point for quicker initiation and response and Hollowtech in the tip to reduce weight while also increasing easy of turn initiation. Loaded with tons of race style technology and hard carving appeal you would think the MX 88 is limited to packed and groomed snow but with the dual piste turn radius the MX 88 is also at home off the beaten trail in crud, chop, and light powder because of the ability to quickly and predictably change turn shape.

If I'm hitting groomed slopes in Aspen or descending from Matterhorn the MX 88 is my choice..5mm Titanal base and top sheet increases stability and combined with a hollow tech tip keeps the weight low.
These used skis are in good condition. The topsheets have some light scratches and scuffs. There are also some deep scrapes and dings at sides. Bases have some light scratches and some scrapes.
Edges are straight and true, very good condition. Edges are in very good shape- straight and true all the way. Bindings- AS STATED ABOVE, ONE BINDING HEEL PIECE IS MISSING THE PLASTIC COVER (see photos). Otherwise they are in very good shape. They have some light scratches and wear from normal use.
